This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Kanniyakumari and report before the Inspector of Police, Anjugramam Police Station, Kanniyakumari District, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11207 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11207 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Kanniyakumari and report before the Inspector of Police, Anjugramam Police Station, Kanniyakumari District, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders is relaxed.
