This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2020 for issuing patta with regard to the said house site to an extent of 2740 1⁄2 sq. ft. (254.60 sq. mt.) comprised in Old Survey No.716/1 and New Survey No.786/11 at Itchiputtur Madura, Ameerpettai, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District purchased by the petitioner based on the sale deed Document No.1110/2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 27.10.2020, wherein the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has sought for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.

2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has fixed the date for enquiry on 07.01.2021 at 11.00 AM. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry alongwith all the documents. The learned counsel also submitted that the petitioner can also submit a formal online application to the 3rd respondent before the date of enquiry.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
