ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested on 11.02.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, in Crime No.83 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were found in illegal possession of 30 Kg of Ganja. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners have been in jail from 11.02.2021. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners were found in illegal possession of 30 Kg of Ganja. He further submitted that there are four previous cases pending against the first petitioner and one previous case pending against the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and third petitioner. He further submitted that the seized ganja is a commercial quantity. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

5.Considering the previous cases pending against the petitioners and that there is a commercial quantity and the petitioners have involved in very serious offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
