ORDER
This Petition has been filed to relax one of the conditions stipulated in the Judgment in Crl.A.No.471 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) confirms that the Petitioner/Appellant has been complied with the order from 04.05.2026..

Considering the same, the stipulation in Paragraph No.7(b) imposed on the Petitioner/Appellant in Crl.A.No.471 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026 that " the appellants shall appear before the trial Court, on all working days at 10.30a.m until further orders", is modified to the effect that " the Petitioner/Appellant shall appear before the trial Court once in 15 days (on working days) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain intact.
