PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C r/w 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.A.No.480 of 2026 dated 29.04.2026 the Appellants shall appear before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

O R D E R

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 29.04.2026 in Crl.A.No.480 of 2026.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the appellant/petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 29.04.2026 in Crl.A.No.480 of 2026, subject to certain conditions. One of the conditions imposed was that the appellant shall appear before the trial Court, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is further submitted that, since the petitioner is facing difficulty in complying with the condition regularly. Hence, the learned counsel seeks relaxation of the condition. 2/5

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the appellant/petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent police.

Taking note of the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed vide order dated 29.04.2026 in Crl.A.No.480 of 2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the appellant shall appear before the trial Court, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the appellant/petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

6. All the other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 3/5
