PRAYER :This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has bee filed to issue WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS to call for the entire records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 16.05.2025, passed in C.O.C.No.12/2025 against the deteneu NTR @ Rameshkumar, son of Thamizhmani, aged about 45 years and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the detenue NTR @ Rameshkumar, son of Thamizhmani, who has been now detained as DRUG OFFENDER' under act 14 of 1982 in Central Prison, Cuddalore before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty.
