Challenging the Order of the Execution Court Ordering delivery of vacant possession of the property and directing the petitioner to file an affidavit with regard to his assets and in the event of failure to furnish such details, order of arrest of the judgment debtor for enforcing the decree dated 18.12.2023, the present revision petitions have been filed.

2. Though these revision petitions have been filed challenging the Order of delivery, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it is suffice if this Court grants further time to the petitioner till 14.08.2025 to vacate and deliver possession to the respondent and the petitioner has also filed an affidavit to that effect.

3. In such view of the matter, as the revision petitioner has given the undertaking before this Court, let the execution Court postpone delivery till 14.08.2025. It is made clear that as per the undertaking given before this Court, he shall vacate and deliver possession on or before 14.08.2025. Thereafter, in the event, the petitioner vacated the premises, the Execution Petition shall be terminated. Otherwise, the Execution Petition shall be continued. Page 2 / 4

It is made clear that in the event of any violation of the undertaking given before this Court, the revision petitioner will be proceeded for contempt.
