Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that after contesting, FCHMOP.No.124 of 2022 has been disposed of by the Family Court, Dharmapuri on 19.02.2024. This fact is confirmed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. As the main proceedings itself has been disposed of, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this transfer proceedings. Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
