Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to enquire and punish the respondent for disobedience of this Court order dated 26.02.2019 in Crl.OP.No.5077 of 2019 under Contempt of Courts Act.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 26.02.2019 in Crl.OP.No.5077 of 2019, thereby directed the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.59 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent already completed investigation and they are about to file final report within a period of three days.

3. Considering the above submission, the respondent is directed to file final report in Cr.No.59 of 2014 before the jurisdictional court concerned within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
