O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records with regard to final report filed in C.C.No.156 of 2025 pending on the file of the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and to set aside the same and consequently direct the respondent-Police to investigate the case in Crime No.286 of 2024 on its file further and file a final report afresh.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police that after completion of investigation, the respondent-Police filed a charge sheet before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.156 of 2025.

4. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the charge sheet filed by the respondent-Police, he can very well approach the Magistrate Court concerned, where the charge sheet was filed. Instead of approaching the Magistrate Court, the petitioner has filed this criminal original petition before this Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner in this petition.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
