This application has been filed to permit the applicant to take the custody of his minor daughter Nadya Daniel Yacob from 09.10.2021 to 18.10.2021 from the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the prayer sought for in the application has become infructuous and seeks permission to this Court to dismiss the same as infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
