ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the Memo bearing Na.Ka.No.207/89006/Vu.Ka.Pa/2020 dated 11.09.2021 issued by the first respondent, quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to allot duty to the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the first respondent issued a memo on 11.09.2021 and the petitioner had given a proper reply to the said Memo on 29.09.2021, however, the same is still kept pending without any enquiry, whereas, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner's reply dated 29.09.2021 will be considered and orders will be passed on merits within a period of two months.

3. Such view of the matter, any disciplinary proceedings is initiated, the disciplinary authority shall complete the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
