Nos.88933, 88932, 88931 and 88934 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., These applications are filed for condoning the delay of 49, 49, 49 and 17 days respectively in filing these present appeals against the orders made in W.C. Nos.253 of 2017, 111 of 2018, 242 of 2018 and 184 of 2016 respectively dated 26.11.2019, 26.11.2019, 26.11.2019 and 27.12.2019 on the file of the Employees Compensation Commissioner, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent-2 in all Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.

4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay in all these cases shall stand condoned and the petitions are allowed.
