ORDER
This transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.31/2024 from the file of Hon'ble Sub-Court, Sirkali to the file of the Hon'ble Family Court, Chennai. 2.I have heard Mr.J.Satheesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Sathish, learned counsel for the respondent. 1/4
3. The learned counsel for the respondent would state that though in principle, the respondent/husband has no serious objection for the transfer to be given effect as requested by the petitioner/wife, the learned counsel for the respondent however, denies various allegations that are made in the affidavit in support of the transfer application.
4. Therefore, without prejudice to the merits of the claims and the contentions of the respondent, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition may be ordered.
5. In the light of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in H.M.O.P.No.31 of 2025 is hereby withdrawn from the file of Hon'ble Sub-Court, Sirkali and transferred to the file of the Hon'ble Family Court, Chennai.There shall be no order as to costs.
