ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for non compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 10.07.2020 in Crl.OP.No.3633 of 2019, thereby directed the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of twelve weeks in Cr.No.217 of 2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that now the entire investigation has been completed and they are about to file final report within a period of two weeks.

3. Recording the above submission, the respondent is directed to file final report in Cr.No.217 of 2018 before the jurisdictional court concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
