(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners are arrayed as 2nd and 3rd accused. They apprehend arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C. in Crime No.3010 of 2020 and now, they have filed the above petition seeking for anticipatory bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after investigation, since no offence is made out against the petitioners, the complaint has been dropped. Hence, this petition may be closed.
