Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records relating to the detention order dated 22.08.2021 passed by the second respondent in his proceedings C.M.P.No.24/Goonda/C2/2021 and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's husband, namely, Anbuselvam s/o.Thangavel, aged about 54 years, residing at Poraiyur, Konoor Village, Karumalikoodal, Mettur Taluk, Salem District, as Goonda u/s.2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Prevention of
Goondas Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982) before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by A.A.NAKKIRAN, J] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu viz., Anbuselvam s/o.Thangavel, aged about 54 years. The detenu has been detained by the second respondent by his order in C.M.P.No.24/Goonda/C2/2021 dated 22.08.2021, holding him to be a "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. The said order is under challenge in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the detenu in C.M.P.No.24/Goonda/C2/2021 dated 22.08.2021, on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.5126, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 29.10.2021 and produced a copy of the said order.
In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
