Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he has produced the copy of the order passed by the Collector of Chennai District, dated 16.08.2023. The said position has not been controverted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
