Mrs.N.V. Vijaya Baskar, learned counsel appears for the proposed parties. These applications have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 107 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 4th respondent, to set aside the abatement and bring on record the proposed parties as legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent.

2. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the delay of 107 days in seeking to set aside the abatement is condoned, the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent is set aside, proposed parties in A.No. 5141 of 2019 are brought on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent in the original petition as respondents 5, 6 and 7.

3. A.No. 5142 of 2019 has been filed seeking to appoint the proposed party namely, 4th respondent, who is the mother of the minor/ 6th respondent as guardian.
