This Contempt Petition is filed praying to punish the Respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 02.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2032 of 2021.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was represented by the learned counsel on either side that, the order under contempt has been complied with. In compliance of the order of this Court, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent produced a copy of the proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.13926/2021/Z1, dated 08.03.2022 passed by the Respondent.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the Respondent, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
