The revision challenges the order dated 06.02.2025 passed in Crl.M.P. No. 78860 of 2024 by the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, by which the respondent Police has been directed to register an FIR against the petitioner as per Section 175(3) of BNSS, investigate and file a detailed report as per law. 2.

Admittedly, FIR has been registered and investigation has commenced.

In view of the same, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in the revision and the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the FIR, if he is so advised. 23.01.2026 nv To
