2.In light of the demise of R3, nothing would survive in this writ petition. Thus the miscellaneous petition seeking amendment of cause title is ordered and recording this, the closure of this writ petition on 02.03.2022 is reiterated.

06.01.2023 vs Note:Registry is directed to issue a fresh copy of order dated 02.03.2022 after making necessary amendment to the cause title.
