ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to implement the proceedings of the first respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2024.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioners ha given a representation dated 24.12.2024 to implement the proceedings of the first respondent dated 08.09.2021 in Circular No. 64386 /2021/U4 and pay a Share of Rs.30 /- (Rupees Thirty Only) per Mudi Ticket for the services rendered by the Members of the first petitioner sangam. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition is filed. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though a representation has already been filed, she wants to make additional representation.

3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the official respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2024 will be

disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of twelve weeks after taking into consideration of the proceedings dated 08.09.2021. He would submit that if any additional representation is made, the same will also be considered.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2024 and also on the additional representation if any filed by the petitioner, taking into consideration of the proceedings of the first respondent dated 08.09.2021, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file additional representation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
