ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is as follows: ''To issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct Kumbabishekam of Arulmighu Azhiya Illanagiyamman Temple, Koonavelampatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District within a stipulated time''.

2. It appears from the prayer as stated above, a direction was sought for to conduct Kumbabishekam of Arulmighu Azhiya Illanagiyamman Temple, Koonavelampatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District for the year 2005-2006. Due to passage of time, the issues raised in the writ petition have become infructuous and do not survive for consideration as on date. Therefore, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
