The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking to forbear the 2nd respondent herein from conducting any draw for the selection of Distributor at Agaram/Kathirampatti/Thathanavalasai/Selandhampalli in Vellore District scheduled to be held on 27.05.2013 in the office of the 2nd respondent herein and for a direction to the 2nd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

herein to issue letter of intent to him in pursuance of the selection held on 23.02.2013.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Since this Court dismissed the connected Writ Petition in W.P.No.15625 of 2013 on 25.07.2017, the relief sought in this Writ Petition cannot be granted to the petitioner.
