2. Heard Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.B.Vivekanandan, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complaint has already been withdrawn by filing a petition under Section 257 of Cr.P.C before the Trial Court and the same was also allowed.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
