ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass them on the basis of complaint given by one Thenmozhi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a complaint given by one Thenmozhi, petition enquiry in CSR.No.405 of 2016 is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
