Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to stay at Coimbatore and report before the Vadavalli Police Station everyday at 10.30A.M, till lifting of lock down. After lifting of lock down, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday, until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11404 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020. (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11404 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020 directing him to stay at Coimbatore and report before the Vadavalli Police Station everyday at 10.30A.M, till lifting of lock down. After lifting of lock down, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday until further orders
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the charge sheet has not been filed, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11404 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent on the first day of every month, until further orders. 5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
