O R D E R

The petitioner's representation for issuance of licence under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Public Building (Lincensing) Act 1965 to the

petitioner for running a Nusery and Primary School was considered by this Court by order dated 08.07.2021 in W.P.No. 20370 of 2014. Since the order was not complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced a copy of the order dated 29.11.2017 passed by the respondent, wherein the petitioner's representation has been rejected.

3. In view of the order passed by the respondent, the order of this Court dated 08.07.2021 can only be construed as having been complied with. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 29.11.2021, if he is aggrieved.
