The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also submitted a letter dated 10.12.2015 to the Registry to that effect. Learned Counsel has also made an endorsement in the writ petition.

2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 10.12.2015 to the Registry and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
