Respondent Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12589 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020 that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

ORDER

This case has been heard through video conference This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12589 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30A.M., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12589 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before respondent police on the first day of every month, until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is ordered.
