These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1383 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement petition in respect of the death of the first respondent namely Krishnamoorthi Iyer in CRP.No.1003 of 2017, to set aside the abatement petition in respect of the death of the first respondent namely Krishnamoorthi Iyer in CRP.No.1003 of 2017 and to bring on record the respondents 2 to 8 as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent namely Krishnamoorthi Iyer in CRP.No.1003 of 2017 and implead them as the respondents 2 to 8 in the above CRP.
2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.
3. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Civil Revision Petition.
