This application has been filed by the plaintiffs/applicants for grant leave of this Court to institute the above civil suit for the property outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The suit has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to pass a judgment and decree against the defendant to have movable and immovable property of Late Dr.P.Suresh Rao, administered in this Court by appointing the 1st plaintiff as the administrator, and for that purpose to have all proper directions given and accounts taken and for other consequential reliefs.

3. According to the learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs that the suit has been filed for appointment of administrator and for partition and declaration. Even though the cause of action is well within this jurisdiction of this Court, but the property is situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court and hence, this leave application is filed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
