This Writ Petition has been filed, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent by his order in Ref.No.Lr.No.Lit Cell/30/1(1)/W & S/Doc/2007 dated 01.09.2007 and to quash the same, and consequently to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in regular service and fix a suitable scale of pay https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of 1.2.2003 till then with retrospective effect with continuity of service with all other attendant monetary benefits.

2. On 06.07.2018, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, in the morning there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was passed over to 02.15 pm. Even at 02.15 pm, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 09.07.2018. Accordingly, when the matter is listed today i.e. on 30.07.2018 under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
