This petition is filed to condone the delay of 586 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the2nd respondent.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, notice to the 1st respondents is dispensed with.

4.On being satisfied with the averments assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone. Hence, the delay is condoned.

5.The petitioner is not entitled to get interest for the default period.

6.The Registry is directed to number C.M.A.SR.No.86827 of 2025, if it is otherwise in order.
