This petition is filed to conclude the trial of the I.D.O.P.No.5071 of 2018 on the file of the V Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2. The facts of the case is that the petitioner married the respondent on 01.09.2011 and due to the said wedlock one child was born to them. Hence this petition.

He further submitted that the respondent also filed a petition in G.W.O.P.No. 365 of 2023 before the Family Court at Chennai and the same is pending.
