When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ petition, the representation of the petitioner dated 31.07.2024 was considered and an order was passed by respondent on 03.10.2025 in Roc.No.K5/8422799/2024. The copy of the order passed by the respondent was also handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
