Order This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the first respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal petition dated 05.05.2025, regarding reinstatement the petitioner into service, together with all consequential service and monetary benefits."

2. The petitioner was appointed as Data Entry Operator on 30.11.2004, at erstwhile Mamallapuram Selection Grade Panchayat. Thereafter, her service was merged with the upgraded Mamallapuram Town Panchayat in the year 2025. The petitioner had completed more than 20 years of continuous service as Date Entry Operator at Mamallapuram.

3. While so, on 19.03.2025, the 2nd respondent informed the petitioner that her service has been terminated. Challenging the said order, the petitioner appeared before the 1st respondent on 05.05.2025 and submitted representation seeking reinstatement. Thereafter, no order has been passed. Therefore, the petitioner is before this court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2025 has not been considered to date,

a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation / appeal petition and pass orders, within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
