C.M.P.No.16825 of 2021 in CMA.S.R.No.89005 of 2021 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the above CMA against the order in MCOP No.1150 of 2018 dated 30.08.2019 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Krishnagiri.

2. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay. Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 73 is condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to number the above Appeal.
