ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 28.01.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 30669 of 2024.

As against the order passed by this Court, the respondents preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and the Hon'ble Division Bench dismissed the appeal, as against which, the respondents preferred a Special Leave Petition in S.L.P.(C) Diary No.72585 of 2025 and the Hon'ble Apex Court ordered for notice and tagged along with S.L.P(C)No.31602 of 2025.
