ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take suitable action the 3rd respondent for her act of illegally harassing the petitioner and his family members by using her official power and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take departmental action against the 3rd respondent by ensuring the life of the petitioner and his family are protected.
2.On perusal of the representation, dated 12.08.2022, it appears that there is family dispute between the petitioner and his wife and younger son. The 3rd respondent being the niece of the petitioner appears to have supported the petitioner's family members. Therefore, the petitioner seeks action against the 3rd respondent by giving representation to the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The very representation itself indicates that the petitioner in order to avoid the payment of maintenance to his wife and son, has sent false complaints to various authorities and now, filed the present Writ Petition seeking direction.
4.In such view of the matter, since the allegation itself appears to be false, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. According, this Writ Petition stands dismissed with cost of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only). The cost of Rs.15,000/- shall be paid to the District Legal Services Authority, Kancheepuram, within a month, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the cost is not paid, the 1st respondent shall recover the same by initiating the recovery proceedings under the Revenue Recovery Act, 1890. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
