ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 30.04.2018 requesting the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner for acquisition of land to an extent of 680(sq.meter) Comprised in Survey No. 40/14A in total extent of 0.22.5 Acre, Vazhavnathan Kuppam, kallakuruchi Taluk, Kallakuruchi District. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of 12 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.04.2018 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
