This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that this Court by an order dated 21.12.2023 disposed of the above C.R.P.. However, the learned counsel would submit that undertaking affidavit filed by the petitioners was not recorded. Hence, he prayed to mention the same in the order of this court. Accordingly, the matter is listed today.

3. Considering her submissions, at the end of para 5 of the order, it shall be added as follows :- "The undertaking affidavit filed by the Revision Petitioners is recorded and the same shall form part and parcel of the order."

4. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in C.R.P.No. 3845 of 2023 dated 21.12.2023 and issue fresh order copy to the Revision Petitioner.
