JUDGMENT

A joint memo of compromise dated 09.11.2016 has been filed the plaintiff and the defendants stating that the matter has been amicably settled between themselves out of the Court. The plaintiff and the defendants signed in the compromise and counter-signed by their respective counsels.

The terms of Memorandum of Compromise are recorded, which is as follows:

1. During the course of the above Civil Suit, the parties have arrived at a mutual and amicable settlement in the dispute involved in this case. Therefore, it is humbly prayed that permission may be granted to withdraw the above suit and also prays refund of the Court fee paid.

As the parties resolved their dispute among themselves, while recording the terms of the above said memo, the said suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. Registry is directed to refund the Court fee to the plaintiff as per rules.
