Prayer in W.P.No.16107 of 2019 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to the issue of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent relating to the impugned order dated 26.11.2018 uploaded in the website of the 1st Respondent in so far as the Petitioner herein is concerned quash the same as illegal arbitrary and devoid of merit and consequentially direct the Respondents herein to permit Petitioner to get reappointed as Director of any Company or appointed as Director in any company without any hindrance.

JUDGMENT

(The Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the parties submitted that the order dated 27.01.2020 passed in batch of Writ Petitions in W.P.No.13616 of 2018, etc., was the same by maintaining the appeal and in one of the batch of appeals in W.A.No.569 of 2020 (Meethelaveetil Kaitheri Muralidharan Vs. Union of India and others), decided by judgment dated 09.10.2020. The order of the learned Single Judge was set aside and prayer is made to dispose of this appeal having been covered by the said judgment in W.A.No.569 of 2020. In view of the above submission by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present Writ Appeal is ordered to be covered by the judgment rendered in W.A.No.569 of 2020, dated 09.10.2020.
