TEEKAA RAMAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.6379 of 2018 IN CRL RC.265/2018 S.CHITRA, [ PETITIONER ] Vs T.HARIHARAN, [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2923 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.No.265 of 2018 dated 01.03.2018 by permitting the petitioner to deposit Rs.2,25,000/- in 3 equal installments before the Honourable Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Thiruvallur within a period of 3 months Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.JEYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.R. SURESH, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

The earlier order in Crl.MP.No.2923 of 2018 in Crl.RC.No.265 of 2018, dated 01.03.2018 shall stand modify that the petitioner is permitted to deposit in three installments viz., Rs.1,00,000/-, Rs.1,00,000/- and Rs.75,000/- within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
