2. The petitioners seek a direction to the appellate Court viz., II Additional District Court, Erode for early disposal of the appeal in A.S.No.133 of 2019.

3. A perusal of the B-Diary extract, which has been filed shows that all the parties have been served and the appeal is adjourned for filing of vakalat by the respondents. The appeal is almost 2 years old now. Considering the same, the lower appellate Judge viz., II Additional District Judge, Erode is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a web copy or certified copy of the order. No costs.
