Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to pay by fixing the salary pay scale of the petitioner as per VI pay commission-UGC norms from 01.02.2001 to 20.08.2015 with its appropriate EPF and the 50% of management contribution EPF amount which is deducted from the salary of the petitioner and other monetary benefits to the petitioner along with interest at the rate of 12% within an appropriate time.
