(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.,J) Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial Court committed an error in dissecting the evidence as against the co-accused while convicting some of them.

Considering the submissions made and after perusing the documents and the judgment rendered by the trial Court, we are inclined to grant leave.

Accordingly, Leave is granted.
