Order : This petition and Miscellaneous petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.SATHEESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners in both the petitions and of M/S.S.SATHISH RAJAN, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- It is stated that the condition has been complied with. The trial Court is directed to proceed with the suit and dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
